Prosjektbeskrivelse:
The objective of this project is to study the impact of the following maternal factors, known to be important for pregnancy outcome, on nutritional and inflammatory status in early pregnancy: 1. prepregnancy BMI 2. parity 3. smoking 4. education 5. twin pregnancies 6. biochemical changes in the relation between B vitamins and their metabolic markers These factors will be related to B vitamin status, metabolic and inflammation markers in 3053 maternal blood-samples obtained at pregnancy week 17 from a substudy of the MoBa cohort.
