  • The Chief Investigator for research projects can create a co-user/co-users for a draft form. A co-user must be entered with their email address as the username in a specific field in the relevant form. Draft form for the general research biobank can not have a co-user.

  • A co-user can edit a form which is in progress, but cannot delete or submit the form. Co-user rights for the form cease to apply when the form is submitted.

  • The Chief Investigator for the research project and the person responsible for the general research biobank can create a co-user/co-users for the case portfolio. The email address for the co-user is entered into the case portfolio for the specific case. The co-user can then access all incoming and outgoing documents in the case folder. Co-user access to the case portfolio will continue until the Chief Investigator for the research project/the person responsible for the general research biobank withdraws access.

  • A co-user must be logged on with exactly the same email address as stated in the form or case portfolio. The form and case portfolio for a case for which one is a co-user will not be displayed if the co-user is logged on with a different username, for example with an alias address or an address to which email to the stated username is forwarded.
